At Upkeep, we take pride in the work we do. We enjoy the inner satisfaction of seeing green, manicured lawns and happy lawn owners. Still, when we are recognized by independent labor websites for work well done, we want to throw ourselves onto a huge pile of grass clippings and make grass angels (no, not really).

For the second time this year, Upkeep was named a “Top Pro” by Thumbtack.com. This is no small honor; the Top Pro distinction is reserved for a very small fraction of Thumbtack’s most dedicated and highly-rated professionals. To qualify as a Top Pro, a professional must have a track record of delivering exceptional experiences, getting hired often, and being eager to help customers get projects done.

Top Pros:

1. Deliver exceptional service. Top Pros have maintained an average rating of 4.8 stars or more in the past 12 months, based on at least five verified reviews (that’s us, based on 33 reviews).

2. Be eager to meet new customers. Top Pros have sent at least 100 quotes to Thumbtack customers within the past 12 months (check. We even hired administrative help to manage the demand).

3. Get hired on Thumbtack. Top Pros have been marked as hired at least ten times within the past 12 months (we’ve been hired 75 times through Thumbtack alone).

4. Stay active over time. Top Pros have sent quotes during at least three calendar months within the past 12 months (yep).

Top Pros are named every January and July. Considering we began operations in late 2015, being named Top Pro the first two times we were eligible is an incredible honor.
